JCG Adult Health offers virtual visits to patients who want quality care from experienced providers without traveling to our office. Virtual visits are available for routine appointments, medication renewal requests or if you are feeling sick.
House Calls
It can be challenging, expensive and stressful to leave home to visit a doctor’s office. At JCG Adult Health we make healthcare more accessible to patients by delivering quality care to your doorstep. We perform medical house calls for patients as an interim or primary care physician treating chronic and acute conditions or treating urgent (non-emergent) conditions.
We also provide our house call patients with remote monitoring devices. Remote monitoring is a program in which healthcare providers receive and review data from remote patients through connected medical devices. This data is collected and securely transmitted from devices directly to the providers. Common examples of remote health monitoring devices include glucose monitors, digital blood pressure monitors, and blood oxygen devices. Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) allow our practitioners to make more informed decisions when it comes to treatment and medication management and improves communication between our providers and patients.
